Permanent Crew – 70% of 1 Calendar Month’s Salary with 60 day crew warranty

Seasonal Crew – 65% of 1 Calendar Month’s Salary with 60 day crew warranty
Temporary Crew – 25% of Total Salary Paid

Warranty will cover 180 consecutive days from the start date of the first crew member hired for the position.
*subsequent replacement crew will have the remainder of the warranty period.
A maximum of two replacement crew members will be replaced for free during the 180 day period.
All fee’s are net of VAT if applicable
REFERRAL PROGRAM
If an existing client refers us to a new client or vessel that hasn't previously hired through our services, they will receive a referral credit. After the referred vessel completes its first hire, we'll apply a €250 credit to the referrer's account, which can be used to reduce future crew placement fees. Please ask the referred client to mention your name when they reach out to us. Once they do, we’ll send you a discount code for the referral credit to your registered email.
CREW WARRANTY
We offer a replacement guarantee for permanent or seasonal crew members if they leave or are dismissed within 60 days of the employment start date listed on the SEA. We will replace the crew member for free and follow our normal recruitment process
